INNOVATION
Redefining the future of technologies
We are an innovative SME, promoting new technologies to "make them fly”. Additive Manufacturing technology, Zero emissions Aviation products as well as improvements in Aerospace production are our main lines of innovation.
This is the case of Additive Manufacturing where, covering the complete product cycle, we became pioneers in the development of AM flight parts in space missions such as CHEOPS and JUICE.
On the other hand, in CiTD Zero-E developments we are focused in the reduction of the impact of aviation in the environment: all electric aircraft with integrated carbon fiber structures, hydrogen aircraft CFRP storage systems and new smart sustainable aircraft fuel (SAF) systems to reduce condensation trails.
As well as new technologies such as IA applied to manufacturing process control and process simulation; and new concepts in production that are key for New Space Constellations.

AEROSPACE STRUCTURES
CiTD has developed structures in metallic materials as well as in the most advanced carbon fiber composites since 2001, working in the most relevant European programs.
We develop aerostructures, launcher and satellite structures from conceptual design to detail CAD design, analysis justification covering all disciplines: CFD, stress, dynamic, non linear, thermal and structural testing for final qualification.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
Electrical Design, Routing, and installation are core activities where CiTD can manage projects from pin-to-pin definition to engineering development, harness manufacturing, and integration of the final product at client facilities.
Aerospace electrical systems development for military and civil aircrafts, space launcher and satellite flight harnesses in line with ESA standards are our main products.
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Additive Manufacturing becomes, since 2017, one of our main commitments: “make it fly”. CiTD is focused on Additive Manufacturing of flying parts, with Design, Manufacturing and Qualification activities.
CiTD has its own means of manufacturing polymers (FDM) and metallic materials (PBF) at our facilities in Aeropolis.

CiTD commitment is fully in line with quality policies and environmental policies standard regulations and recommendations.
A specific quality control plan is created for each customer and each project to revise and monitor the companies’ specific procedures and needs. Product Assurance activities are integrated in the production and assembly processes to guarantee that the inspection and control activities managed from Product Assurance are executed accordingly to specific methodologies in specific key points during manufacturing.
We work under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EN9100 quality certificates.
