CiTD participates in the i-SISTEHMA founded National project by CDTI leaded by CESA (Heroux Vert) for the research into intelligent control systems and electrical actuation through the development of health monitoring technologies for a sustainable aviation.
CiTD is leading the development of new additive manufacturing technologies and advanced materials applied to case studies of this project. In this project, CiTD focuses on large-format DED technologies, including the manufacture of multi-material structures and/or with new technological alloys that enhance specific conductivity, resistance, etc. properties. It will also coordinate the study of applications of polymers with carbon nanotubes for electric motors.
