CITD AND THE DIGITIZATION OF ASSETS IN BIM

At CITD we are committed to digitalization through the BIM methodology. And thanks to our collaboration with the Housing Ministry of the CAM, it has allowed us to show a summary of our work of digitizing ASSETS in one of the HOUSING buildings that they manage directly.

Using as the basis of our project the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, we can build and rehabilitate buildings increasingly integrated into the environment, intelligent, energy efficient; that materials, uses and expenses may be included in its management so that they become information; and that at the same time allows the daily management of each property or installation since a lot of data can be managed easily and quickly.
